1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AwaisTools ("the Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. AwaisTools provides online tools, calculators, generators, and a community Shayari feed.

2. Credit Wallet System

Registration on AwaisTools grants users 50 free welcome credits. Executing tools deducts credits from the user's wallet balance. Additional credits can be purchased via EasyPaisa and JazzCash manual top-ups. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.

3. User Submissions & Moderation

Users who submit Shayari or content grant AwaisTools the non-exclusive right to display, edit, and moderate the content. Prohibited content includes hate speech, harassment, spam, and copyrighted material without permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

All tools and calculators are provided on an "as-is" basis for informational purposes. AwaisTools is not responsible for financial or mathematical decisions made based on tool outputs.
